A bit vulgar...

It seemed more vulgar than actually funny.

Still, like the main movie, it did at least look good.

Really nicely made.

The production values are really high, and the option to select the winner is a nice touch (and also means you won't alienate anyone ;) ).

One thing - how come there were only 2 rounds, round 2 being 'final round'? Surely there should have been 3, 1 character winning each?

You make a good point about Luigi's head... we really haven't ever seen the top of it.

Yep, this is a great animation and I can't really criticise what's here. However, it maybe just wasn't entirely to my taste.

A real surprise...

It surprised and amused. I was expected something rather different, a bit more interactive maybe, but the absurdity did make me chuckle for a few seconds.

Cheers, man. :)

A fantastic series - why have you abandoned it?

I was a little confused by the introduction of natural vampires in the back-story - I thought all the vampires had been created by the virus...

In any case, the graphics were again nicely drawn and the sound was better than #2, but still had a few bits I couldn't make out because of accent, recording or quality.

The story seemed really nice, but not having understood all that was said, I can't properly appreciate it.

This is one of the better series' around - even if the individual episodes aren't as good as some other efforts, they gel together to create an interesting world.

I'm sad to see you seem to have abandoned it.

Voices are a bit fuzzy, but it's generally good.

I like the way that a decent story is told and we're given just enough clues to keep us guessing a little but understand the basics.

The back-stories you used as a pre-loader were great as was the general script of the cartoon.

The voice-acting seemed nice, and the music set the scene well.

However, the recording seemed a little fuzzy and there were a few bits I couldn't make out because of that. Maybe an option to have subtitles might be in order?

Graphics and animation were nice too, although not flawless. (I felt it lacked either a real professional sheen or a nice individual style. Also, there were a couple of sections where the tweening of body parts became apparent - this is something that should really remain invisible unless the viewer is making a real effort to work it out.)

Choreography was fairly nice - specially liked the spinning kick.

Some of the one-liners were a little over the top imo.

Overall, it was a nice action movie with a decent plot. Subtitles or better recording would be a godsend though.

It made me chuckle! Congratulations!

It was somewhat amusing and fairly entertaining. Congratulations!

On a seperate topic, I'd love for you to make another 'serious' thing, some longer animation or music video with the gorgeous graphics you're more than capable of.

Whilst some of your later stuff has been amusing (this) or nice to look at (robort) none of it seems as great as your first submission was.

Please, please, please take some time to make another beautiful piece like I know you can.

A really nice piece of art.

It is a nice image, but I'm still disappointed it wasn't something more.

Well, the style of the drawing was really nice. Fairly clean, but still nicely sketchy and hand-drawn looking.

The shadowns were nice - both the solid ones around his eyes and under his hands and also the shadows under his face.

The dark bits faded in nicely and I liked the alpha gradients around the edges.

The music was beautiful, peaceful and looped well.

Still, it would have been so much better if it had been part of animation... is this by any chance part of a larger project?

A disappointement after your tribute to 'Lain'.

After the beautiful masterpiece that was 'Lain: a tribute', I came to this hoping to see more stuff that would similarly fill me with emotion, at least be some real eye candy.

Instead, this was a sort of mish-mash that a 10-year old could have made.

But I suppose that was the whole point - a joke - some light relief after all the long hours that must have gone into your first effort.

It did make me smile, I admit, but it wasn't terribly funny for me. Maybe because I've seen too many random flash animations recently for them to be funny anymore.

In any case, can't blame you for wanting to play around a bit. It's just that you set yourself such a high standard of excellence that I suppose I was bound to be disappointed.

You've really progressed!

Remember me? I fancied watching a flash by some author whose stuff I'd enjoiyed before and I was really surprised by how much you've advanced since I last saw your stuff.

The sketchy fbf art style was really nice (although the clock seemed a bit too 'perfect' for the style and the sun didn't blend in too well, being a solid colour).

Maybe for your next step forward, you could start making better use of varying line thickness to show off shadows?

The music was nice, and the ending theme started off great, but I wasn't too keen on the way it stopped and played the first 6 notes again and again.

The fading in of colour at the end was also really nice.

However, despite this being sweet on the eyes, the story lets it down somewhat as it's a bit unoriginal and we never are 100% sure of what's going on - why would the guy withstand a bullet to the heart, several more body shots, then be killed in an instant by the last bullet?

It just seemed as if he becamse superhuman for the 2nd half of the movie then lost his power. At least, that's what it seemed like to me.

I think if you combined the art style with some of your humour, it could be a great treat for us.

All in all, this was a lovely watch. Sweet on the eyes, and a fairly original style.

I remember you, Bezman. Thanks for the in-depth review! I could use alot of these tips for my future movies

Fucking fucked up.

It was so random and I got more and more involved trying to follow it all. And then, when it finished, I thought for a split-second about what I'd just seen, then laughed at the insanity of it all.

Humour... it's such a personal, random, complicated thing... so many elements can go into making a person laugh or not.

In this case, it was the unprecedented nature of what I saw combined with the way it was a logical story (albeit a truly disturbed one).

Or at least, that's what I think.

Seriously, your work ranks amongst the most memorable on NG..
