[L.O.A Gangster *Preview]

Not bad

There were a few niggles that annoyed me. Like the way the old man's head didn't seem joined onto his body at all - it should move up and down as the top of the body does so.

It also irritated me that it wasn't totally clear who the messages were referring to.

The writing seemed a tiny bit amateurish, but I suppose the only way for that to improve is via practise and experience.

Still, it was an enjoyable watch and proved entertaining whilst it lasted.

I look forward to the final movie.

The music was nice, but the graphics were really rather poor.

You should have the cinema-style faults on a longer loop so you don't have a big line every half-second.

It was really hard to tell who was who at first, since you didn't keep the characters looking the same, or keep the gun in the first guy's hand.

The jokes weren't that funny either imo.

It looks like you had high ambitions for this, but didn't quite pull it off.

Not that great a joke

The sprites are decent, but don't exactly go well with the explosion.

The main problem though is that the joke's just too predictable and unfunny.

Still, good luck with future stuff.

Made me chuckle!

And not just once, but regularly throughout the course of the movie! You know how rare it is that I find something like that on NG?

I wasn't expecting much from this, but the self-referential nature of the animation made it amusing to watch and it was short enough to not get boring.

I'd really like to see a sequel, but suggest you only make one when you've thought of a few more jokes. The novelty would have worn off and to make another without enough material would be a mistake.

In any case, this - whilst nothing that great - was something I definitely enjoyed watching and so well done and kudos.

Entertaining, with an amusing ending.

The graphics really were rather poor (specially the bg loop) but it was short, different and interesting enough to be entertaining.

And the last 2 words made me chuckle. :)

Your gfx will hopefully become better with practise and you've obviously got some top ideas, so keep it up! :)

It wasn't actually funny imo, but the graphics were decent, and it was entertaining as a whole.

Too predictable

'judge on the cartoon, not what happens in it'? eh? But surely what happens in it is a part of the cartoon?

Anyway, as you probably know, your graphics and sound aren't quite up to the standard of the original. However, the graphics aren't exactly bad and you did a good job a matching foamy's voice.

My main grip is that the alternate ending's just too predictable. I tend not to find jokes funny when I can see them coming.

I agree with the reviewer below - her breasts definitely look bigger (kind of longer) than they do in the other animations of yours I've seen.

Some of the 'camera shots' really helped make this an entertaining watch, although the sound did seem to be really bad quality at one point.

I much prefer your animations where you have a little twist - just like this one in fact. :)

Not much of a joke really...

Apart from foamy's monologue and his little song (which I felt wasn't that funny), this doesn't really have a joke to speak of.

I was expecting some sort of twist or something at the end, but was left disappointed.
