Cool to watch

Cool to watch.

Though I've seen many of these types of things, this is the first time I've seen it done whilst time has been played with, like when you slowed down as the first ball hit and showed the see-saw multiple times - that was all cool.

I felt that it would've been good to have a wider shot of the spoon bit though as it was difficult to work out exactly what was going on there.

Also, slightly lacking in a satisfying conclusion.

Fun to watch though.

A bit shallow and predictable...

Kick-ass models for something made in 10 hours...

Much of the animation though was kinda predictable from a narrative point of view. Understandable considering the reason for its creation and the time limit I suppose...

I was hoping for something that made a message, something with food for thought. Not this.

You've got skills - now apply them to a more entertaining animation mebbe?

ok, this was for my GCSE, and it was suppose to be something you would see in like a community centre, it was not supose to be funny or unpredictable

Impressive work, but next time, maybe try for the

I liked the backgrounds in the first couple of parts.

What surprised me was how well it went with the music, despite not being made to the beat...

Congrats to you all for getting something done, though I felt it would've been stronger overall if you'd maybe been animating an actual story or jokes or something...

Just now, it seems more like an attempt at a 'visual extravaganza' and though there's a few strong parts, the graphical quality overall doesn't seem high enough to make random visuals entertaining by virtue of their technical excellence.

Impressive work, but next time, maybe try for the humour?

Awesome.

I don't remember this audio clip at all. I'd like to see the original...

It is an awesome audio and I don't think you could have failed to make this an enjoyable watch, really.

Some of the graphics were a tad messy (specially around 'red head'), but there was loads to watch out for and I liked the scratchy style, vaguely reminiscent of a lino-cut.

My favourite parts, graphically, were probably the scene turning into a ball, Tom appearing and the graphics for each little drum roll, as well as the way the scenes sorta disappear/appear bit by bit.

Took a wee while to work out the relevance of 17.5... hehe.

thanx for the review, aorudn the red head part i did get a little lazy ( nearing the end and all) but I'm glad the random effect's used before made up for it 9 the scene turning into a ball was annoying to o but worth it ;)

17.5.. hope everyone got that :P

fun watch, mainly thanks to the pacing

I liked the start, with the newgrounds city skyline.

Seeing A-bot dance in that camp style was pretty funny.

The portal into which the CDs were thrown was well drawn.

I felt the humans could've been drawn a bit better.

The typography is great though and the pace of the movie is spot on.

Just a shame you didn't showcase a greater variety of music... oh well!

Some promising elements in here. Overall though, I

I really liked the icons you had on the play-screen. Brilliantly simplified, great colours, hinting wonderfully to the forthcoming event.

I wasn't too keen on the actual movie. The narration was hard to understand for the most part and the big dude and backgrounds looked rather messy.

The shot with the map was decent though.

kinda cool in a surreal way

The character designs were pretty odd...

I liked the way Duane looked, with the lineless style. The duckbill on the older guy was a bit odd.

Decent voice acting, though some noise on the recording.

The arms of the older guy could've been drawn a bit better and his legs, body and the view from the back to show him bending over were rather poor.

How was it all being recorded? That was a bit incomprehensible.

It was kinda cool in a surreal way. The insult in the credits was unneeded though.

I actually got into this and fairly enjoyed it.

I loved the background music. Really put me on edge.

The legs were raised overly high whilst the guy was walking - it looks silly. Was the silliness intentional?

I love the design for the beast and giggled while it was sorta winking.

The end was a shock.

I think you should've held the camera on the final scene for longer and faded the music out though.

Fun, zany, chucklesome and inspiring.

Brilliance

Straight from the start, with the chuchu dying, it's obvious this is gonna be a little off-beat and I wasn't disappointed.

The chuchus pouring out of the mouth were a sight to behold!

Throughout, it's fast paced and I never knew what to expect, other than something funny. The end was brilliant!

I did feel that the spaceship and factory sections were held a little longer than they could have been, taking away slightly from the more frantic pace earlier on. I suppose that's the result of the time limit, but generally I find it astounding that this was animated so quickly!

Both a zany, chucklesome video and also inspiring to all of us who'd like to animate but don't want to spend weeks doing something.
