++ Didn't expect the gun.
+++ Made me chuckle.
++ Fairly sharp pic.
-/2 The bg is a bit dull. I mean, it could've maybe been taken on a sunnier day.

Another chuckle.
I'm surprised you didn't expect the gun. Most Americans own a gun and New York has quite the reputation.
Yeah the background picture wasn't the best. It was hard to find a usable picture of the Statue of Liberty. I had to settle with that.
Thanks for the review =)
it managed
+++ Found it funny that Hitler seems to be honourary pres.
++ Everything is sharp (other than Hitler).
--- Nothing too unexpected in this one. I suppose dividing USA into states makes for some hard work.
===
Still, it managed to get a smile out of me. Almost a chuckle.
Yeah, by this one I thought 'screw it, Hitler can be blurry and the items can be clear'. Before I was wanting the items to be just as blurry as Hitler, for consistency. But the presidential seal couldn't be made out shrunken down, so I decided to enlarge Hitler beforehand. I've stuck to it since.
Thanks for the review =)
made me kinda
Took me a while to realise what he was meant to be (didn't realise they were lager cans), but it made me smile straight away.
At first I thought he was maybe a fly-poster or something.
Missouri looks purty.
The clothing edits totally rock. Maybe largely because they aren't so expected and come as a wee surprise.
The sleeves look like a surprisingly good job. How did you do them?
===
Not as good as the previous one, but made me kinda chuckle.
Fly-poster?
I made the sleeves design in Photoshop by using a foreground-background gradient of red-black, then 'Filter>Distort>Wave' and fiddling with the settings. A nice way of making check patterns =)
stuff
+++ Surprised me.
+++ Made me chuckle.
+++ That song doesn't grow old, amazingly.
- Hitler looks blurrier than the mountain. Ah well. Guess you can't help that... (I mean, I don't think it'd be worth blurring the mountain just to make it match.)
===
Good stuff.
Reading p1 reviews after, I wonder if you'll ever make one with crap in it. Then folk could justifiably cry 'crap! crap! crap!'.
Yeah, I blurred the mountain to see what it would look like before submitting this. It didn't look too good...
I won't be making a flash with crap in ;)
I am however, planning on making a certain flash to 'own' the people who review this without watching it. It's just a matter of finding the right song.
from me
That old camera looks awesome! It's like a little robot or maybe a dude with a massive nose... really sparks the imagination.
Is the bag McDonalds?
Whenever I hear this song from now on, I shall think of your series.
===
Got a faint smile from me.
hahahahaha, I really enjoyed the camera comment =)
Yeah, the bag is McDonalds. Maybe I should have made it a bit bigger? I don't know.
with some
Watched through twice. My favourite parts are the mouth with the incredible saliva animation, the giant with the guy wriggling and the funky robot-creature with tentacle things for legs.
Was the green Blob for Mindchamber's enemy competition thing?
+++ Transitions well timed to music.
+++++ Fast paced
++++ An interesting variety of subject matter and visual styles.
Nothing negative to say really. I suppose a weak point for me was when the striding man came up onto the camera again and the few seconds following that. Just an impression I got, perhaps with the slightly slower pace at that point. Maybe it was also that my eyes were tired from trying not to blink. ;-)
Some could have been better drawn, but for a composite of abandoned projects, it's incredible.
===
Really loved watching this. Fast paced, with some incredible parts.
Thanks man :)
The green blob was for a game (thats got abandoned)...
I've actally since i submitted this realised that i have lots of better stuff laying around. haha, so i guess i could have done it even better. But i didnt really think it would be this "big", i was expecting a score around 3.3. Haha :)
he could be
++++ Loads of fast animation during the 'battle'.
++++ I love the wording of the moral. Chuckled heartily.
Nothing really negative to add... I still think he could be a tad more expressive though.
===
At first I was marginally disappointed by the fact that it was a fight, as so many are on NG, but loved the way it ended.
Heehee
'mistake' made
+++ Sharp vectors
+++Really expressive voices
+++ The ninja's 'mistake' made me chuckle.
-- Maybe you could've had Bunnycat be a tad more expressive? His actual eyelids/shape-of-whites-shown never change, for example...
-- I felt the end could've been directed better. I think we needed a slightly longer build between showing the rancid flies, glass etc. and him licking it. Maybe he could've shrugged, maybe pausing a second longer... just my kick-ass opinion.
Well expressions I'm a bit weary of since everything is tweened in this instead of the keyframing I use in the usual animations. I'll experiment with stuff in the future.
got a pretty
Not a bad episode.
Just fancied watching another today.
I like Victoria falls and that instrument (I read the reviews) looks crazy.
Is it like lots of pipes stuck together?
===
Didn't make me chuckle. But it's got a pretty bg...
It's like a block of wood(some are hollowed out, some aren't), with a load of strips of metal. You 'pluck' them to play the instrument. They're pretty swell to play =)
Kinda hard to explain...
Thnaks for the review =)
were specific
Made me chuckle again. Mainly due to his size, I think.
How the hell is he keeping that American 'Football' in his hand?
I didn't realise sports and Apple Pie were specific to Arizona.
Personally I'm kinda looking forward to when he goes to Asia.
When will that be?
American football? It was a baseball :P
Sports and Apple Pie aren't specific to Arizona, there's just not anything that I could have incorporated into Hitler's arms that is.
He'll be in Asia in about a week and a half.
He'll be in Iran in about 4 weeks, which you may be interested in seeing. Since your parents are from there, if I remember correctly?
Thanks for the review =)
