[v02_Santa is burning!!]

Erm... this isn't a game...

After seeing Santa burn, I was expecting it to be followed up by some equally high-standard game, but was disappointed to find that what I thought was the intro was in fact the whole game...

The movie itself was mildly amusing, but didn't make me laugh.

The graphics were nice - I liked the Christmas tree and santa himself, although the walls looked a bit ugly and grey.

All in all, it's a good animation, although not one I found particularly funny.

And maybe it'd have gotten a better score had you released it closer to Christmas?

Better than a lot of stuff.

The script was mildly entertaining. So well done for that.

The graphics and sound were also OK.

You just need a bit of practise. :)

[mario - behind the games]

Hmmm...

Good stuff:

- sound was decent

- text was very nice

- idea had some potential,

Bad stuff:

- unoriginal

- graphics weren't great. (text of similar colours over bg is a particularly bad crime)

- wasn't that interesting overall.

Next time, maybe spend a bit more time thinking about the script and stuff?

Why was/wasn't it funny, eh?

Well, it's rather hard to put into words why a joke works or not.

I found the start 'you're gonna pay...' and the ending slightly funny, but the rest wasn't great. It kinda moved too slowly and it might have been nice to have them actually move about and do stuff rather than just stand about talking...

The voice acting was decent - the voices suit the drawings reasonably well and I specially liked the voice of Dun or whatever his name is. (The 'blue haired computer genius')

[Killing Machines]

A touch tiring.

The 3d sections looked brilliant whilst the 2d sections were merely average. You should've had the whole thing in 3d.

The script/plot/action also meandered between great and something too akin of a typical entry on this site.

I liked the line 'No, make the blue stick stronger', but after that, the movie struggled to really entertain or interest me again.

Still, good work and hopefully your next effort will be even better. :)

[Secrets of Windows]

Mildly amusing and slightly interesting.

Its main limitation is the slightly boring nature of the subject matter.

However, you made the movie more interesting that I thought a rant like this could be.

The movie was alright.

Graphics and sound were OK, but it wasn't that funny or well thought out.

You seem to be really rude to some reviewers - even though none seemed that unreasonable and some praised your movie.
