Nice observational humour

Subtitles would help me enjoy this, specially as despite watching it 2x, I couldn't make out the last line. (after 'you bastard')

The animation was nearly non-existent, with only an indication of who's talking.

The graphical style is fairly pleasing to the eye and the audio is good enough to make out (most of) what's being said.

The loop wasn't my favourite, but it did the job.

The voices you used were great - you're quite a talented voice artist (if that's the right term).

Untimately, it all comes down to the script. I personally found it entertaining with a bit of personality being revealed and some decent observational humour, but the jokes seemed a bit tired to me. Entertaining, but certainly not 'laugh out loud' funny.

Still, thanks for the entertainment.

[Nobodies Shorts #1]

An enjoyable watch.

Although the start was the only bit to actually make me laugh... (the shorts)

The twisted appraisal of what was merely in humour brought a smile to my face. However, I do maybe feel that a wee bit of the dialogue could have been trimmed.

Also, some was a bit hard to make out.

The graphics were good (specially liked the way you hinted at them walking into the screen without showing feet) and apart from some hard-to-make-out speech, so was the audio.

not funny

The animation at the loading screen was actually pretty damn good, artificially raising my expectations for this movie.

The animation and art was fairly consistent throughout, but the actual material just wasn't funny. The audio was barely recognisable as speech and whilst this may have been realistic, it wasn't a good thing.

[The Last Two Men on Earth]

Needs subtitles.

Really, considering the small amount of time it takes to make a movie clip with subtitles and a button to move it on or offscreen, every movie should have optional subtitles.

I watched the thing 3 extra times to make out what god said at the end, and now regret having done so. Yeah, I know my hearing isn't perfect, but spare a thought for us harder-or-hearing folks.

The animation itself was amusing, although not enough to make me laugh, and the artwork was competent.

[Joey - Zoom Way Out]

A bit dissappointing.

It lacked the fast random humour you exhibit when at your best.

The zoom-out was pretty decent - the star bit was nice.

However, I'd already sorta guessed the end long before it came up and by the time it did, I was starting to get a bit bored of watching what is essentially a technical demo.

Come on - I know you can do better than this!

Made me smile

Some of the quotes were amusing in their mock-seriousness and the whole idea was a great one.

IMO, the crappy graphics almost add to the humour - taking the piss out of the film.

It didn't really amuse me enough to get more than a 6 though. Looking through the reviews, it looks as if everyone else loved this! Great job!

A nice wee giggle

It wasn't the best-produced Flash, but the overly serious tone and the knowing humour made for a nice wee giggle.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that text forms so much of this, NG users may well blam this entry...

[Birds n' Bees]

Really slick.

Some of the old-timey effects were nicely done, like the darkened corners and the vertical lines.

I loved the style of animation, with the background objects simply outlined. The fonts used were nice too.

The voices were brilliant and the singing was surprisingly good.

It was a great pastiche. Very slick.

Just not funny enough to make me actually laugh.
